Your data is valuable. Please pack your storage media securely before shipping.
Packaging: Hard drives can withstand significant shock when unpowered. However, to prevent damage from impacts with hard objects during transit, please follow these packaging guidelines:
1. Pack the device yourself rather than relying on the carrier. When shipping hard drives, optical discs, floppy disks, memory cards, or other removable media, use a rigid cardboard box filled with anti-shock foam, newspaper, and soft plastic padding (see example below). If possible, wrap the device individually in at least three layers of high-quality bubble wrap or foam to cushion against external impacts. Fill all empty spaces to prevent movement and damage.
2. Clearly mark 'Fragile' and 'Handle with Care' on the outer box.
3. To protect against rain or liquid exposure during transit, consider wrapping the outer box in waterproof material.
4. Whenever possible, choose a reputable major courier service to ship your data recovery media.
We will contact you promptly upon receipt to confirm delivery and provide diagnostic results.
Hard Drive Packaging Example (The image below shows ideal packaging. If these materials are unavailable, please use ample newspaper and foam for shock absorption):
